Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED OR SALE MERCHANDISE.
How to Return an Item:
- You can directly send the item to our office.
- Order receipt must be kept.
- Mini Plum is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit.
- The return may be denied if the item has been washed or used, the receipt is required in order to return an item. The product must be in resale condition, with the original tags.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are on our customers responsibility. You may use any carrier to return the merchandise.
- It takes 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive atthe office. Then we will initiate the refund and you will be informed by Mini Plum by email.
- All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number, no any other cards are accepted.
Important Note: We do no accept returns for personalised and sale items unless they are damaged. They must be returned within 3 days only if the item is damaged. We don’t accept returns after the item is being used.
