Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED OR SALE MERCHANDISE and PACIFIERS&BOTTLES for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item:

  • You can directly send the item to our office.
  • The return may be denied if the item has been washed or used, the receipt is required in order to return an item. The product  must be in resale condition, with the original tags.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are on our customers responsibility.  You may use any carrier to return the merchandise.
  • It takes 3-5  business days to process returns once they arrive at the office. Then we will initiate the refund and you will be informed by Mini Plum by email.
  • All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number, no any other cards are accepted.
  • Please note that for returns or refunds, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. The initial postage fee will be also deducted from your refund for return of any item valued below 45$since they are not eligible for free shipping anymore. 

  • The buyer must use registered / trackable shipping services and inform MiniPlum with the tracking number.
  • Damaged packages must not be accepted from the courier in order to file a claim. 

Order Cancellation

Placed orders can not be cancelled afterwards. We will immediately start working on your order so they can not be cancelled. 

 

Faulty Product

We are happy to exchange or refund faulty products provided that we are formally informed by an e-mail within 3 days of receiving the items. In the event of a faulty product or shipment we will cover the shipping costs. For correspondence please use info@miniplum.com
